Gulf Coast Association of REALTORS® Coast REALTOR® Leadership
“REALTORS® Working Together for the Future”
Coast REALTOR® Leadership is designed to identify and train future leaders to improve our local Association and the Realtor® profession. Through this program, leaders will be identified, trained, and encouraged to take on leadership roles in every aspect.
The program is limited to 10 participants who will work together through a training course that combines retreats and several day-long group sessions. The training sessions will include identifying personal behavioral styles, team-building exercises, developing leadership skills, networking opportunities, and improving communication skills.
Objectives
- To identify local REALTORS® for leadership roles.
- To train participants by developing leadership skills.
- To motivate participants through increased awareness of issues and challenges affecting the REALTOR® profession and their local Association.
