Course Description:

This course examines the role of Mississippi real estate brokers, and the responsibilities required in the supervision of licensees, representation of customers and clients, obligations of competency, and their relationship to competing brokers. Students will examine best practices, risk management, licensee training and oversight, office procedures, and how to be better involved in their community to display excellence. The course will include interactive discussion, and students will obtain tangible tools to assist in working professionally while representing consumers.

(This course satisfies 2 hours of Elective CE)

Course Attendance Requirement:
