Filing An Ethics Complaint 

REALTORS® are different from non-member licensees in that they voluntarily subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics. If you believe that a REALTOR® has violated one or more Articles of the Code of Ethics, you can file an ethics complaint alleging a violation(s) through the Gulf Coast Association of REALTORS®

How to file a complaint:

1. Review Documents Before You File a Complaint and the Code of Ethics.

2. Complete form E-1 and return the completed form along with as many supporting documents such as emails, text messages, contracts, etc to Mariel Williams (This email address is being protected from spambots. You must define and elaborate on which articles you believe have been violated.
