All Continuing Education is required and tracked by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission (MREC) and NOT by the Gulf Coast Association of REALTORS®.

2 Credit Hours of Contract Law

2 Credit Hours of License Law

4 Credit Hours of Agency Law

8 Credit Hours of Elective Course (please note: If you complete a Code of Ethics Course approved by MREC, it will count towards elective credits, but is NOT a required course by MREC for your license. It is only required for you REALTOR® membership.)
