New Member Orientation within 90 days of joining or the first date availa
ble. (See Bylaws Below)
New Member Orientation is now being offere d every other month. Dates and links for registration for New Member Orien tation can be found by logging in to your member dashboard at www.gcarealt ors.com. Members are required to register for and attend one of these clas ses within 90 days of joining the association.

·Class begins promptly at 9:30 am\, so please be seated and ready befor
e class starts. We recommended arriving at class 10-15 minutes early.
·Any class materials you will need will be provided for you.
·The cl
ass will last until approximately 2:30 pm with a few short breaks and lunc

ew Member Code of Ethics Orientation.
Applicants for REALTOR® membership and provisional REALTOR® members s hall complete an orientation program on the Code of Ethics of not less tha n two hours and thirty minutes of instructional time. This requirement doe s not apply to applicants for REALTOR® membership or provisional members w ho have completed comparable orientation in another association\, provided that REALTOR® membership has been continuous\, or that any break in membe rship is for one year or less.
\nFailure to satisfy this re quirement within 90 days of the date that provisional membership was grant ed will result in denial of the membership application or termination of p rovisional membership.
