About the Course:
This course satisfies the required 30 hours Post-Licensing requirement by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission. Course material will be provided on the first day of class.

Course Attendance Requirement:
In order to obtain your 30 hours of Post-licensing credit and to receive your certificate of completion, you must attend all hours of class instruction. Phones are to be kept on silent. Phone calls are to be kept to a minimal and on breaks and/or lunch.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
A minimum number of students are required for any Mississippi REALTORS® Institute class to make. If the course is cancelled, you will be notified by email.
Refunds are not available after class has started.
