Application Process:

- Step 1: Complete the Membership Application in its entirety and forward the application with a copy of the license and any other required forms to

- Step 2: Get login info. Once the application, license, and all other necessary documents have been received, our staff will email you with instructions on how to log into your member dashboard and pay your membership dues and fees. New primary members have 30 days from the date of licensure with the Mississippi Real Estate Commission to join the association and MLS and pay all fees and dues.
- Step 3: Pay all invoices. All invoices must be paid online in the Member Dashboard with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, or by TeleCheck. We do not accept cash or paper checks. All dues and fees are non-refundable. Once payment has been verified, services will be activated.
Note: If you are a member or have previously been a member of another association, a letter of good standing is needed.
